1975〜 Worked in 5 Star Hotel, Taj Hotel, India.
1985 〜 Worked in Ramada Hotel, Qatar.
1988 〜 Worked at Indian restaurant "Ashoka-Ginza", Tokyo.
2011 〜 Became Manager of Dakshin, Yaesu Branch.
Looking forward to meeting you in Dakshin and serve you our true taste of South Indian cuisines.
South Indian Head Chef: Ayyanar
1999〜 Worked in 5 Star Hotel, Hyatt Regency as South Indian Chef after gaining experience in other restaurants in India.
2010〜 Came to Japan to work for Dakshin as South Indian Head Chef. South Indian cuisine is highly evaluated in Japan.
I strive to serve our guests with Traditional and Delicious South Indian cuisines.
North Indian Head Chef: Saravanan
1998〜 Worked in 5 Star Hotel, The Imperial as South Indian Chef after gaining experience in other restaurants in India.
2009〜 Came to Japan to work for Dakshin Higashi Nihombashi Branch as South and North Indian Chef.
And presently working as North Indian Head Chef after gaining more experience in North Indian cooking.
I learned to cook North Indian cuisines deeper after coming to Dakshin. Looking forward to serving our guests with the original taste of India.
