SOUTH HEAD CHEF: SARAVANAN
1998〜 Worked in 5 Star Hotel, The Imperial as South Indian Chef after gaining experience in other restaurants in India.
2009〜 Came to Japan to work for Dakshin Higashi Nihombashi Branch
And presently working as South and North Indian Head Chef after gaining experience in North Indian cooking too.
I learned to cook Indian cuisines more deeper after coming to Dakshin. Looking forward to serving our guests with the original taste of India.
