SOUTH HEAD CHEF: Saravanan
1998~ Worked in 5 Star Hotel, The Imperial as South Indian Chef after gaining experience in other restaurants in India.
2009 Came to Japan to work for Dakshin Higashi Nihombashi Branch as South and North Indian Chef. And presently working as North Indian Head Chef after gaining more experience in North Indian cooking.
I learned to cook North Indian cuisines deeper after coming to Dakshin. Looking forward to serving our guests with the original taste of India.
