1. By Microwave: Make a 2 cm incision with scissors and heat at 500W for 3 minutes

2. By Pot: Place into boiling water and heat for 10 minutes (1 minute fro the yogurt sauce and sambal)

3. When warm, transfer to a plate and prepare your toppings

4. To your liking, add with a side of coriander and coriander seeds

5. Enjoy!

ちょうどいい軽食です。

ほんのりとした酸味のある、表面はもっちり、中はホロッとした口当たりの蒸しパンです。
少し、酒まんじゅうの生地に似ている気がします。
シンプルな味わいなので、辛いサンバルとも甘やかなココナッツチャトニともぴったりでした。
