1. By Microwave: Make a 2 cm incision with scissors and heat at 500W for 5 minutes

2. By Pot: Place into boiling water and heat for 6 minutes

3. When warm, transfer to a plate and prepare your toppings

4. Arrange chicken on top

5. Complete with paprika and ginger to your liking

6. (For the yogurt sauce) Add chopped cucumber into plain yogurt

7. Add the onion and carrot

8. Salt to taste and mix well to complete

9. Enjoy!

後引く美味しさです！

ビリヤニってあまり日本では馴染みがないのはなぜか、それはなかなか上手く作れないからではないでしょうか。スパイスが効いているけど(丸ごと入っているスパイスは取り除いてくださいね、うっかり噛まないように〜)辛いわけではなく、奥深いんです。後引く美味しさでビールに合います！尚、こちらのお店はインドの留学生の間でも有名みたいで、たまたま娘の大学の留学生も知っていたことが判明、びっくりしました。インド人も賞賛、でした☆
